The program educates students on the research, design, development and testing of computer hardware and software systems that control computers. Bachelor, master, and doctoral programs available.
For students with an interest in the understanding and design of computations (software) and efficient methods for constructing and running computations (including computer hardware and communication systems), either to gain fundamental insights or to solve complex computational problems that extend human capacities. Bachelor, master, and doctorate programs available.
The program utilizes science and technology to find digital evidence within computers and other types of digital media to determine if they have been used for illegal or unauthorized activities or if they are the “victims” of such attacks. Master program only available.
Students address the design, development, and testing of electrical equipment to include motors, controls, radar and navigation systems, power generating and transmission devices. Bachelor, master, and doctorate programs available.
Students work on hardware, software or optics projects in cooperation with local industry where they solve real-world problems. Bachelor program available.
The program integrates technical with general education requirements and electives to prepare students for a career in computing and information sciences fields. Bachelor program available.
